Friends of CCB

Cologne Concert Brass has set itself ambitious goals:

• To provide a forum for highest quality brass musicianship
• To encourage and build young players in the Cologne area
• To promote and develop brass band music in our region

Our activities in recent years are a demonstration of this. Alongside our regular concerts, we have played a role in developing the German Brass Band Championships (now in their third year), continued to work on our playing quality (which paid of in our two victories at the German Championships) and established our own youth band.

All these activities involve considerable costs, which are not met by our membership fees alone.

For that reason, we have established „Friends of CCB“, a forum to allow non-playing supporters and enthusiasts to contribute to our development and keep closely informed about developments.

„Friends of CCB“ enrol for a minimum donation of EUR 30.00 per year, and receive in return:

• Regular news of the Band in the form of newsletters and special bulletins
• Invitations to occasional special events organized by the band
• One free ticket to CCB’s annual gala concert
